It's been almost ten days since I last blogged, I'm still hard-at-work with all the changes that I'm planning to launch *hopefully* soon. I'm just popping in quickly today to tell you that...
The May 2015 Elle's Studio Kit is here!
Yes, it is a day early this month because it is Mother's Day on the 10th and we want you all t0 spend time with probably the best woman in your life ;)
MAY 2015 KIT
For today until the 10th, the kit will be priced at $9.99 (~ PHP 450), a sweet deal in my opinion! After that, it goes back to its regular price of $11.99 (~ PHP530). This kit is limited and exclusive so you better get your hands on it pronto. Once it sells out, you can't get it anymore.
If you want to add a little bit more to your monthly kit, Elle's Studio has provided a compelling line-up of fun digital and physical add-ons:
A quick confession, the May 2015 kit actually did not arrive on time for me to be able to use it in any of my layouts. What a bummer, I know! So you won't be seeing the May kits on my layouts but fortunately, the Design Team gallery is overflowing with inspiration using the May kits.
On the bright side, this allowed me to dip my crafty hands on my Elle's Studio stash (slowly piling up as the months go by - I need to scrapbook more!). I went pretty far back and used the Good Cheer collection for a layout in my December Daily album and a random mix of this year's exclusive kits for a layout on some March happenings.
Regular December Days
Throwback to my 2014 December Daily album! I'm not quite done with it yet, actually this is the first time I'm revisiting this project after slightly abandoning it last year. (Okay, maybe working on it five months later is actually abandonment.)
Some December days are quite normal / regular / a.k.a. not much happened so I focused on writing down a few things that I'm grateful for. It's a fun and refreshing exercise, maybe I should do this often ;)
I used the Good Cheer collection, primarily the patterned paper, and added some dimension to my layout using my trusty ol' foam square adhesives (I did a tutorial / guide on that on the Elle's Studio blog!).
Lately, I have been all about discovering new kinds of food to try. I've been going out of my way in search of new restaurants / kiosks/ shops just to try something new. I like how this breaks up my usual routine and makes it a bit more interesting + fresh.
This wall installation though, how accurate.
The Elle's Studio kits + collections are pretty versatile. Case in point: I'm pretty sure that the red striped journaling card below is from their Good Cheer collection or December 2014 kit.
And that is it, folks.
Make sure to drop by the Design Team gallery if you're in dire need of a creative push! And of course,
I may be on "break" but I do love seeing what you guys create. Comment down below with your own layouts and I'll be sure to check them. Peace out!
